Sub-Slab Depressurization

This system uses a combination of pipes and fans to draw radon from below a concrete slab foundation to a collection point and vent it out of the home using an electric fan.

Sub-Membrane Depressurization

Using a specialized plastic membrane to seal off the exposed soil foundations, this system uses a similar venting system to Sub-Slab Depressurization.

Soil Gas Collector Mat

Most often used in new construction, these pressure-resistant mats are placed directly on the soil before the foundation is poured and passively vent radon without the need of an electric fan.
